We are NUEVA ESPERANZA COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, a federally insured state-chartered credit union headquartered in TOLEDO, OH. With two branch locations, we serve a mostly Latino membership in Lucas and Franklin Counties and their surrounding areas.

Since its inception in 2010, Nueva Esperanza Community Credit Union is the only Latino credit union in the entire state of Ohio. We have been serving our members in the TOLEDO area with exceptional financial products.

Currently led by Sue Cuevas, Nueva Esperanza Community Credit Union has grown its membership to over 800, with assets of about $4.55 million in total. NECCU offers savings accounts, loans, reloadable VISA card and various financial related services.
Nueva Esperanza Community Credit Union now has 2 locations.
In Toledo Ohio (our man branch) is located at 1638 Broadway St., Lower Level, in South Side - Toledo, Ohio, 43609 - Lucas County.
In Columbus Ohio, (by appointment only) is located at 5151 Reed Road, Suite 211A, Columbus Ohio 43220, (Inside La Mega 103.1) - Franklin County.
MISSION STATEMENT
To empower the Latino community by promoting savings, increasing financial literacy among often unbanked Latino households, making loan capital available, and promoting community resources.
